The reason I love it so much is because it helps me relax and get over my anxiety. I have suffered from anxiety my whole life and it's not easy to calm down when you are feeling anxious.


I like to listen to lofi music when I am trying to study or work because it helps me focus. I also use it as background noise when I want to sleep at night because it's calming and relaxing.
